·         Completed sponsor forms are needed for sponsors who are not parishioners at St. Polycarp.

EMERGENCY INFO - CLOSINGS    

IF CLASSES NEED TO BE CANCELED due to snow or other emergency –

• Morning classes:  parent rep will call re cancellation. 
• Evening classes:  If Smyrna School District closes school during the day, our PSR is automatically closed.
• However, weather conditions sometimes permit day school; but night  freezing, etc. requires our closing.  In that case, listen to stations WDSD,     WDEL, WDOV,   WSTW for information.   When possible, parent reps will call.
• If in doubt, use your own judgment.  No one should take unnecessary risks.
