The Parish Mentoring Partnership (PMP) was created to encourage and equip people of faith in the Delaware area to become involved in one-on-one mentoring. Participation in this program provides the people of St. Polycarp Parish one more opportunity to live out the gospel mandate to take care of the vulnerable in every age. Mentoring is a form of ministry; by devoting one hour a week, it allows adults to help children by exposing them to spiritual guidance, strong moral values and positive character development. This program is sponsored through a grant administered by the National Catholic Community Foundation.
